موسسه علمی، پژوهشی، درمانی و دارویی با نام کلینیک بین المللی طب اسلامی ایرانی (اوسینا) فعالیت خود را از سال 1375 زیر نظر مستقیم و مطالعات آقای دکتر احمدعلی آقارفیعی آغاز نموده و با وجود صدهزار پرونده درمانی تا امروز به عنوان یکی از معتبرترین مراکز در این زمینه مشغول خدمت رسانی به مراجعین محترم می باشد. با توجه به نیاز روز افزون جامعه به طب پیشگیرانه و به دلیل پاسخگو نبودن درمان بیمارستانی و نیاز به اصلاح فرهنگ در تغذیه جامعه جهت جلوگیری از بوجود آمدن بیماری های مرتبط با تغذیه و اشاره به این جمله معروف حکیم ابوعلی سینا که می فرمایند: " غذای شما دوای شماست و دوای شما غذای شماست " تصمیمی نو را اتخاذ نمودیم. بنابراین در مجموعه احساس نیاز به ایجاد رهاورد و بستری نوین برای ارائه و عرضه راحت تر سبد محصولات طبیعی مورد توجه قرار گرفت.
